The sessions will give you #TIME to be supported & guided. Take this opportunity to go on a journey of Self realisation and cultivate more Self-acceptance & understanding.
It's an opportunity for you to gain insight and wisdom that will shift your mindset by recognizing blocks, patterns and blind spots. Which will help you create a life that excites and motivates. You may even discover a new passion.
The session(s) are tailored to meet your needs through a complimentary Discovery call, then a plan created for your/daughters' next session.
They can include, but not limited to Learning:

Savvy Sessions are approx 45-60 minutes.
You can have 1, 3 or 6 sessions with an initial discovery call.
6 sessions have a bonus session for you your daughter or a friend. This can be tailored to your needs and can include Reiki, insights, Goal setting, support and guidance, meditation, Dynamic Profile or you can choose to have advice on a new hairstyle if you are looking to become more aligned with the evolved you.....
